Buenos Aires, Mendoza Our traditional celebration like never before 9 Days / 8 Nights.

WELCOME OUTLAND CUISINE GUESTS!!

A designated representative from Outland Cuisine will welcome you to Argentina at the airport and will transport you to your Hotel.

Upon arrival, you’ll have time to relax in the comfort of your hotel room to recover from your journey.

In the afternoon, you’ll enjoy a private tour around the city; we will visit the major political and historical sites of Argentina such the National Congress and the Plaza de Mayo, where Casa Rosada, also referred to as The House of Government resides. This palatial mansion is where Evita gave her speeches from its balconies. Next stop is The Metropolitan Cathedral and historical buildings such as Cabildo, where the first steps were taken towards the independence of the country; followed by a tour at the Colon Theatre, considered one of the world’s jewels opera house. Finally, we will visit one of the most upscale neighborhoods, Recoleta, home of the famous cemetery La Recoleta where you will have the opportunity to visit incredible mausoleums such as Evita’s.

At night, a welcome dinner will be held at one of the city’s best restaurants, where everything will be carefully prepared for you so that you walk away impressed by the unmatched Argentine meat. Our chef will be delighting us with dishes specially prepared for Outland Cuisine guests and exclusively paired with Argentinean wines by our sommelier. It will be a night you’ll never forget.

This day will be devoted to the Porteño, the inhabitant of this city and their music, The Tango 

After breakfast we will be transported to the neighborhood of San Telmo. This charming place is well-known for its well preserved colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, famous antiques shops and their unique old fashioned coffee shops. Sundays are very special here. Tradition calls for the streets to be transformed into a Feria. At the central plaza, we will be able to enjoy Tango Dancers, Music, and Art; the perfect atmosphere created for you to feel and witness Buenos Aires’s lifestyle. This will be your chance to walk around San Telmo, or just sit and relax at Plaza Dorrego with your favorite drink. Later that day we will be gathering together at the plaza where you will be receiving a delightful surprise from us.

At night we have reservations at the best and most upscale Tango Show in the city.

The typical orchestra, singers, and dancers will make you quiver by moving you back to the times of Gardel and the big composers. Dinner á la carte will be served during the show.

Our adventure in Mendoza begins!

Right after breakfast we will be transported to the Aeroparque of Buenos Aires to take our flight to the city of Mendoza, one of the world’s leading wine and gastronomic centers.

Upon our arrival a private transportation will be waiting to transport us to Club Tapiz, a boutique hotel in the city of Maipú.  Club Tapiz Hotel, one of the best Hotels in this category is located in an estate built in 1890 and surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

A welcome reception will be held upon our arrival at Terruño Restaurant at Club Tapiz, this restaurant reflects the essence of regional cuisine with an international flair offering dishes made with local products like goat, rabbit, trout and vegetables from its organic garden.

Early in the afternoon we will depart to our first cellar where the wine of Tapiz is been produced, its wines are intense, well defined, mostly elegant and the expressive character. All wines from the cellar is made with grapes from its own vineyards and grapes from carefully selected producers. The tours allows visitors to try different wines, both those already bottled and directly from the barrels, offering the visitor a complete experience in the art of wine.

When we return to Club Tapiz, we will visit the Olive Factory where we will have a tasting at the impressive art gallery.

Later in the afternoon, Outland Cuisine and the Sibaritas’s Culinary Academy will be presenting a gastronomic class. The Chef Aldo Ansaldi, director of Sibaritas Culinary Academy, is the creator of “Recreating Argentine Cuisine Flavors” an unique opportunity to learn techniques and participate in his classes. After our class we will enjoying his creations at our dinner the Terruño Restaurant.

Cellars of Lujan de Cuyo’s Region Tour Day!

Following our breakfast we will be taking a day excursion to the Bodegas of Lujan de Cuyo area.

In the Luján de Cuyo wine region, the past meets the present. Here Argentina’s most prestigious Malbec are produced in quaint historic wineries and also in modern boutique wineries, which make for a unique wine tasting day with interesting contrasts and, of course, some great views of the Andes.

During our touring today we will be visiting 3 wineries were you will have the opportunity to enjoy and taste one of the best wine in the region. Each tour will be hold by an specialist and we will learn the magic of making wine.

Our lunch is included and will be served at one of the cellars with pairing wines. And it will be unforgettable!

We will be visiting Bodegas Catena Zapata, Bodega Septima where we will enjoy our lunch and the Bodega Pulenta wineries.

At night we will be at the center of the city of Mendoza for a culinary degustation and traditional folklore learning about their music and traditional customs.

Today, Malbec most awarded wineries at Valle de Uco!

After breakfast in Club Tapiz our private transportation will take us to a region called Valle de Uco for a half day of new experiences, flavors and wineries.

The valley that we will explore today is a viticulture region southwest of Mendoza situated along the Tunuyan River. This valley is a key wine- growing region of Mendoza. Located in a clearly defined valley an hour and a half drive from our hotel, the region is home to the production of some of Mendoza’s most famous wines.

The Argentina’s iconic grape variety, Malbec, shines in the Uco Valley, producing terroir-driven red wines with a distinctive floral aroma.

In today excursion we will be exploring 2 of the most prestigious Bodegas were we will be able to enjoy wine tasting and a regional lunch at restaurant Urbano at the Bodega O. Fournier. This 6-step lunch with paired wine will be one of the top moments of our journey to Mendoza.

The second cellar that we will visit is Bodega Salentein, a leader in cultivating global awareness of the emerging premium wineries of Argentina with a new vision of quality preservation of old vines, application of European artistry, and advanced technology with an impressive Art Gallery, professional and friendly staff and remarkable wines that will make an impression to always remember.

After the tour, we will be transport to Mendoza’s Airport for our flight back to Buenos Aires.

THANKSGIVING DINNER With our own Chef, Federico Garcia Pierini of Outland Cuisine 

We will have the morning at leisure and to recuperate from our journey to Mendoza.

In the afternoon, we will be transferred to the market to learn and also select part of the produce and ingredients that we will be using in the preparation of our dinner. We will have the rest of the day to enjoy in a typical home of Buenos Aires where we will be sharing the kitchen with our Chef Federico Garcia Pierini.

Turkey will be the central piece with our traditional side dishes BUT with the flavors of Argentina.

We will also have a wine and champagne tasting by an Argentinean sommelier.

A Thanksgiving celebration to be remembered.

Culinary class and Field day! 

In the morning we will take a small journey to a Estancia outside of Buenos Aires.

We will experience the magic of the countryside life and its main protagonist, the Gaucho.

You will be able to live this experience surrounded by their peacefully and friendly people.

We will have our second cooking class hosted by exclusive chef Federico Garcia Pierini.

Today’s class will be dedicated to the famous Asado (BBQ) and the typical countryside meal. If weather permits we will offer the cooking class outdoors.

The Estancia is one of a kind! A French style castle and 100 hectares with gardens designed by Charles Thays, with a swimming pool and horseback riding that will guarantee you an unforgettable time.

We will enjoy our lunch, a presentation of activities including Gaucho skills and folklore dance typical of the region. Later in the afternoon we will have a Criollo snack; traditional pastry called “pastelito” with hot mate tea and you will discover one of the most famous Argentine’s customs, The MATE.

It will be a full day to learn and enjoy.

Relax and restore + Farewell party!

For our last day in Buenos Aires our suggestion is a relaxation and restore time at our hotel. The Faena Hotel offers an array of services and activities that you must enjoy.

The stunning scenery of the pool and exotic cocktails mixed with Argentina Flair at  the bar or Regional dishes at the restaurant El Mercado paired with famous wines will be the perfect complement for this relaxing day.   We will be at your service to help you with the planning of any extra activity that may  you like to add to this day.

At night we will have a very special celebration, our farewell party will create the  perfect atmosphere to enjoy the last night in Buenos Aires sharing our best moments.

Your Free day for the last shopping and personal time. We will at your service to plan this day with you. Maybe the last Argentinian asado, a soccer game, museums or art galleries or another tango lesson… all will depend on the time of your fligh but the good news is that usually all the international flights depart at night!
